ECT Returns Policy

  1. The product can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping costs if unused and in original shipping box. Return shipping costs are paid for by the purchaser.

  2. If the product comes back to us from delivery agent after unsuccessful attempt(s) to deliver due to customer issues, for example customer not available to sign for or incorrect address details, then a refund will be offered minus original shipping costs. If the product is required and a new delivery attempt is requested a new product will have to be ordered online.

ECT Delivery Options

  1. Our standard delivery in the UK is 2nd Class Royal Mail, tracked. The tracking number supplied will only show when delivered. It is not a live tracking system and is supplied by Royal Mail and not Essential Carpenter Tools.

  2. Our delivery to world wide is via Royal Mail and this is dependant where it is going. We have no control over timescales to International destinations.

  3. If product ordered before noon it is usually sent out same day, After noon next day dispatch. Delivery after noon Friday will be a Monday dispatch (Not including bank holidays)

  4. If the product is required sooner than Royal Mail second class please contact us.

  5. Non UK purchases - We will not be liable for any local customs, import taxes, port storage, VAT or other monies due by local countries upon delivery of our products. All such and any other payments will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
